home/end keys on putty
For who's using putty for SSH connections, you may noticed that by default home/end keys don't work.. to enable them:
- Open putty
- On the left panel, go to Connection/ Data
- Change terminal-type string to "linux"
- Go back to sessions window and connect to your machine
And if you want to enable "copy/paste" using middle mouse button:
- On left panel, go to Windows/ Selection
- Select "xterm"
